Graffiti

 The Council are responsible for cleaning graffiti from adopted highways and council owned properties. Elsewhere it is the responsibility of the landowner.

However the Council's Clean Team may be able to remove graffiti from private land or property. In the event they can, a signed disclaimer will be required.

Incidents of graffiti can be reported to Streetscene on 08000 198 598. When reporting, please state the exact location of the graffiti.
