Local Plan 2038 Cover

Gosport Borough Council is now consulting on its first draft of its new Gosport Borough Local Plan 2038 which identifies sites for housing, employment and other land uses as well protecting the Borough's important open space, nature conservation and heritage features. It will also consider ways in which we adapt and deal with the impacts of climate change.

Once adopted this Local Plan will be used for determining future planning applications. It will cover the period to 2038.

We would like to hear your views.

The consultation period will run for 10 weeks from Monday 27th September to Friday 3rd December 2021.
