Management

The Council's Countryside Officers have responsibility for the upkeep of the Alver Valley Country Park including The Wildgrounds Nature Reserve, Oxstall Meadow in addition to many other satellite sites around the borough.

The Reserve is adjacent to the location of a reconstructed 17th Century Village.
