Please complete this form to propose sites for consideration in the Gosport Borough Local Plan 2040. Please use a separate form for each site proposed. A map accurately identifying the proposed site boundary (shown in red) will also be required for each site.

By completing this form you give your consent that your details will be retained to notify you of information relating to the production of the Gosport Borough Local Plan 2040. Please note the information submitted does not form part of the public consultation process on the draft Local Plan however site characteristics will form part of the Sustainability Appraisal and other evidence studies supporting the emerging Local Plan which are subject to public consultation. Your information will be held securely for the purposes of the database and will not be shared with any other parties without first obtaining your consent. Records are kept for the lifetime of the Gosport Borough Local Plan 2040 in line with the Council's retention policy and we will not keep your information longer than necessary.
