Who does what

Our Accommodation & Lettings Officer (Private), along with other officers in the Accommodation & Lettings Team administer the RAPS Scheme.  The team consists of the following staff, who will all work with you to ensure that the let of your property is a success. 

Accommodation & Lettings Officers - Will ensure that appropriate nominations are put forward to you to ensure that your property is tenanted in a timely manner.  These officers will also ensure that payments of rent are processed to you without delay.

Accommodation & Lettings Officer (Private)  - Will be your point of contact and will provide you with support and advice for the duration of the tenancy (023 9254 5373).  This officer will also formally review the tenancy, initially after 12 months then every 6 months thereafter, with a view to the Council withdrawing from the tenancy.
