Ground rent

All Gosport Borough Council Leaseholders are required to pay Ground Rent annually. Ground Rent is billed at the end of March. The charge for Ground Rent is currently Ten Pounds (£10).

 How to pay your Ground Rent?

•     By Telephone: 023 9254 5686
•     At the Town Hall by visiting the cashiers between 9am and 4.45pm, Monday to Friday.
•     Online payments
•     By Post: Send a cheque payable to 'Gosport Borough Council'.

Reminder - The reference number for a leasehold ground rent account will be your normal leaseholder reference number followed by "/LG01"
