Direct Debits for Leaseholder accounts

Leaseholders are able to pay monthly by Direct Debit for:

• Annual Estimated Service Charges
• Building Insurance Premiums   

A separate Direct Debit arrangement is necessary for each account as the renewal dates fall in different times of the financial year.

Please submit a signed and completed paper version of the attached  Direct Debit form - leaseholders (PDF) [205KB] mandate and send to:

Please note: Direct Debit payments are taken on either 1st or 15th of each month. Banks need a minimum of 5 working days notice to set up the mandate.
