There is nothing in the Lease which prevents you from subletting but you should inform us as soon as possible if you are subletting your property.

The Lease makes you responsible for the payment of ground rent, service charges and building insurance premiums. When you sub-let your property, it is still your obligation to make sure these payments are made, even if it is intended that your tenants will pay on your behalf.

You will also be held responsible for any breach of covenant in your lease which is committed by your tenants.
