Gosport Borough Local Plan Review 2036

The Borough Council has now begun a review of its current local plan in order to take into account changes in Government policy and forthcoming site releases.

Call for sites – potential site allocations

The Council is currently inviting those with an interest in the Borough to put forward sites which may be suitable for development.  This call for sites is part of the plan making process and helps to ensure the Council is aware of all potential sites that may be available for development considerations.  The Council is also interested in hearing about sites where it is considered that the current land use should be retained.

If you would like to put forward a site, or a number of sites for consideration please complete the online form.

This can be submitted on-line or a pdf form can be downloaded and posted to the Planning Policy Team.

If you would like an informal discussion about this process please contact the planning policy team at 023 9254 5228.

Please be aware that nominating a site will not automatically mean it will be included in the plan.  All sites put forward will be assessed through an appraisal process.

Further details of the Local Plan Review including the plan preparation timescale will be included on this page in due course.
