Code of Conduct

We ask that you .............
  • Give accurate and clear information at all times.
  • Provide documentary evidence within the time period set, when this is required.
  • Use the appointment system, arrive on time for your appointment and let us know in good time if you are not able to keep the appointment - this may allow someone else to have the appointment.
  • Tell us about any changes in your circumstances which may be relevant in assessing your situation.
  • Keep to the rules of the accommodation that you are placed in.


Our duty to our staff means the interview will cease if you are:

  • Using bad or offensive language.
  • Shouting.
  • Using racist and discriminating language.
  • Smoking, drinking or using drugs.
  • Causing damage.
  • Abusing other persons in your company.


Please note:

  • Interview rooms are covered by video cameras.
  • Unacceptable behaviour may result in your removal from the offices and you may be excluded from attending other interviews or phoning us yourself (you would need to get someone to act on your behalf) until your case is reviewed.
  • In cases where a member of staff is physically assaulted the Police will be called and the customer will be banned from personal contact with staff.
