Gosport Summer Passport

Gosport Summer Passport is a well-established initiative organised by Gosport Community Safety Partnership which began in 2008. The scheme provides free, open access diversionary activities for young people of secondary school age living or attending school in the local area.   Full details of the programme including the leaflet is available from www.safergosport.co.uk/summer-passport/

 

Important Information:

 

  • Participants must be born between the 1st September 2002 and the 31st August 2007.
  • Online registration is available using the form below.  Checks can be made to ensure young people are of secondary school age.
  • The Summer Passport Scheme is an alcohol, drug & NPS* free zone. There is a zero tolerance approach towards bullying and disruptive behaviour which could result in participants being excluded from the scheme. Please respect others and the environment.
  • Any young person suspected to be under the influence of alcohol, NPS or drugs will not be able to take part in any Passport activities.
  • No cigarettes, e-cigarettes, lighters, alcohol, illegal drugs, NPS, energy drinks, fireworks, aerosols or glow sticks will be allowed on Summer Passport sites.
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn to participate in activities.


Please ensure the person named as the emergency contact is available to answer telephone calls whilst child is participating in activities.

I understand that they have a responsibility to behave appropriately and that if they do not adhere to the behaviour code, they will be excluded or further action will be taken. In the event of a medical emergency I give my consent for all necessary treatment. I confirm that I am the parent/person with parental responsibility of the child named.

Please inform us should any of the participants’ details stated on this form change at any time and which may impact upon their participation (such as changes in health or behaviour). We may need to contact you in instances of behaviour concerns, First Aid or other issues relating to participation – therefore, please ensure the emergency contact is available to answer telephone calls whilst the child is participating.

    

Please make sure your child attends appropriately dressed for the activities and brings their own food, drink and sun protection.
