A copy of the current Gosport Borough Council Car Parking Order is available for viewing at the Streetscene Reception on the 4th floor of the Town Hall, High Street, Gosport.

Payment must be received within 21 days of the issue of the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) to avoid further action. The reduced charge will only be acceptable if received within 7 days of the issue of a PCN. For the purposes of calculating the days, please note that the end of the seventh day is midnight on day seven (day one being the day the PCN was issued).

Therefore, if your PCN is, for example, issued at 15.00 hours on a Tuesday, you have until midnight on the following Monday to pay the reduced amount. If day seven falls on a day when the Town Hall is closed, it will be extended until 4pm on the next full day when the Town Hall is open.

If you do not pay the charge within 21 days, a Notice to Owner will be sent to the registered keeper demanding FULL payment. Failure to respond to the Notice to Owner will result in court action.
