There are two ways you can help us...


 

Fill in our survey

Over the next few weeks, we'll be doing a customer survey to find out more about how and why residents contact the council.

We're doing this because we're looking at ways to improve our customer service, including possibly making more services available online.

If you've contacted the council in the last few months, please call our customer services team on 023 9254 5533 and ask to complete the customer survey.

Or complete the survey online now.

We'll also be asking customers who call into our reception areas if they would like to take part.

 

Join our group

We're also looking for volunteers to be part of a group that will help us to create the right online services for Gosport – and help us to test any new digital services before they're launched.

This is really important, as we want to make sure our services work well for all our customers. It doesn't matter if you don't have a computer or a smartphone: we want to hear from people with little or no experience using online services as well as from those who are more used to technology.
