Gosport Borough Council has approved  The Borough of Gosport Public Spaces Protection Dog Control Order 2023 for a period of 3 years from 01 July 2023

The Borough of Gosport Hardway Green Public Spaces Protection Order

Following on from a public consultation, Gosport Borough Council has on 05.03.2021, approved the extension of the existing Hardway Public Spaces Protection Order for 3 years.

The Borough of Gosport and Town Centre Public Spaces Protection order 2020

Following a Public Consultation, Gosport Borough council has on the 7 October 2020 approved the Gosport and Town Centre Public Spaces Protection order 2020 for the CONTROL OF ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR AND ALCOHOL to come into effect on 20 October 2020 for a period of 3 years.
