Crime-general
The manager and staff of the premises will be trained to be able to deal with various problems for late-night licensing. We have experience of trading late at night at various other sites across the south of England and therefore understand the strict processes and training required. Recordable CCTV to a standard and format agreed by the Police as acceptable for evidential use if required. Must be capable of recording the inside of the premises including the entrance and exit and must be so sited as to obtain good quality facial images. All images must be retained for a minimum of 31 days. Images must be made available to Police/Council officials with the facility to provide copies on any Windows based format on demand. A member of staff who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system must be on the premises at all times that the venue is open to the public. This staff member must immediately be able to show Police or Local Authority officers relevant images stored and provide such evidence as and when required.

ADHOC2

Safety-general
All staff will be trained and careful with issues of public safety. The Manager will undertake regular risk assessments to reduce any hazards or potential issues of Public Safety.

ADHOC3

Nuisance-general
All staff will be trained to contact Police immediately if there are any disturbances.
