Crime-CCTV
CCTV Recordable CCTV to a standard and format agreed by the Police as acceptable for evidential use if required. Must be capable of recording the outside areas of the premises including inside and must be retained for a minimum of 31 days. Recordings must be made available to Police/Council officials with the facility to provide copies on any Windows based format on demand. Any recordings required by Police or Local Authority Officers must be made available on request. A staff member from the venue who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system must be on the premises at all times that the venue is open to the public. This staff member must immediately be able to show Police or Local Authority Licensing Officers relevant images stored and provide such evidence as and when required.

Hearing-General
The Premises License will be subject to the following conditions:- Signage to be displayed in prominent positions at the Premises reminding customers to be respectful of the needs of their near neighbours by leaving the Premises quietly and disposing of any litter in a bin. The Premises License Holder or their operative must carry out a litter patrol daily at 23:59 hours and 01:00 hours along the pavement adjacent to the premises at Marine Parade East and the slipway public car park adjacent to the premises. Any item of waste that appears to have come from the Premises must be disposed of in an appropriate waste receptacle. The Premises License Holder must keep a daily log of the patrols to be available for inspection by the Licensing Authority. All those conditions consistent with the operating schedule i.e. the installation and use of a CCTV system at the Premises. The CCTV system must be of a standard acceptable to the Police for evidential purposes.
