Licensing Act 2003 Section 19 - Supply of alcohol Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions: that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence - (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended. every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Crime-general
The warehouse will not be open to the public, orders will be placed on our customers Internet site, they will send an order file to CPG who will then pick/park and despatch these orders. CPG Logistics is a logistics company that warehouse, pick/pack and despatch goods for a variety of companies. We work in a professional and structured way and do not tolerate any violent or drunk behaviour (This would be seen as gross misconduct). We have been accredited to ISO 9001-2000 for over 15 years and have all our processes documented. We continually audit these processes to ensure that we work to best practice. Health and Safety take precedence and we have formalised system to deal with Fire Evacuation, accident reporting, and all other Health and Safety functions. We have various security, including internal and external CCTV, 24 X 7 security guards, alarmed site, access control systems and a very low turnover of staff. Alcohol will be shipped from the site but NOT sold across the counter or consumed on the site. All sales are via the Internet and there is no direct access to the public. Our customer owns the stock and CPG Logistics are a service provider who store, pick, pack and despatch the stock on their behalf.

All staff at CPG Logistics are trained and work to standard operating procedures. All product within the warehouse belongs to our customers and security of these products is taken very seriously. As part of all employees contracts, its is stated that theft from the company is treated as gross misconduct with immediate dismissal and prosecution. Although we employ under 18's, these staff are supervised closely. All sales are via the Internet and there is no direct access to the public.
