Mandatory-Films
Films 1) Where a premises licence authorises the exhibition of films, the licence must include a condition requiring the admission of children to the exhibition of any film to be restricted in accordance with this section. (2) Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection (3)(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body. (3) Where- (a) the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or (b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority. (4) In this section- "children" means persons aged under 18; and "film classification body" means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).

Crime-general
1. The Event organiser must submit to the Gosport Safety Advisory Group a detailed Event Management Plan a minimum of 3 months notice prior to the commencement of the Event. 2. The Safety Advisory Group and its constituent bodies are the appropriate body or bodies to determine what period of time is reasonable for their consideration of any information to be supplied. As a result any time is reasonable for their consideration of any information may be waived with the express permission of the Council's Chief Executive's Nominated Officer should he/she consider it appropriate. The Event Management Plan must address the issues surrounding Crime and Disorder. All events are required to identify and provide an adequate level of stewardship to work in the pre-designated and defined areas of the event.

Safety-general
1. As described in the Event Management plan. In addition independent safety checks shall be made to all structures constructed on site and to perimeter security fencing. The provision of an adequate number of signed designated Emergency Exits must be incorporated into the site plan. First Aid provision is provided on site where it is deemed necessary and a full evacuation procedure is prepared and briefed to the appointed Stewards. 2. Third Party Events At least 14 days in advance of the event, the Third Party operator will have in place a full Event Management Plan approved by the Head of Leisure Services for Gosport Borough Council. The Third Party must also carry a minimum of #10 million Public Liability Insurance which will indemnify Gosport Borough Council against all Public Liability Risks in connection with the use of the premises and land.

Nuisance-general
All live music events are closed at 1900 hours. Where appropriate, on site and nearby, noise monitoring is undertaken to minimise the nuisance to residents living close to the venue by the event organiser. Amplified voice and music volume sound levels set out in the Event Management Plan will be adhered to.
ADHOC4
Children-general
A specific part of the Event Management Plan should fully explore and identify the potential of harm to children. The necessary monitoring activities and procedures will be put in place to address the issues identified.
ADHOC5
Hearing-general
i). All licensable activities held on the premises to cease at 1900 and the premises be closed to the public at 1930. ii). Licensable activities may only be held on the premises between 1st July and 31st December in any year, and are limited to no more than 6 days in this period.
