Crime-general
A full risk assessment will be undertaken by the Head of Leisure Services on the use of the Premises for Regulated Entertainment and the assessment will be implemented to protect the public. Adequate steps will be taken to ensure that unnecessary obstruction does not occur and access is maintained and provided at all times. Directions from a Police Officer or an authorised Local Authority Officer will always be carried out.

Safety-general
All events shall be subject to a health and safety risk assessment and shall have due regard to the guidance contained in the following documents published by the Health and Safety Executive: "The Event Safety Guide - a guide to health, safety and welfare at music and similar events" (HSG195), and "Managing Crowds Safely - A guide for organisers at events and venues " (HSG154) A minimum of 3 metres clear access down the centre of the High Street shall be maintained to allow for access by Emergency Service vehicles. Events will be staged in accordance with a full Health and Safety risk assessment. All staging constructed on the site will be subjected to an independent safety check and approval prior to any public regulated entertainment being performed.
ADHOC3
Nuisance-general
All events will finish by 2300 hours to minimise public nuisance to residents. Amplified music shall not cause a nuisance to residents or occupiers of commercial premises. An adequate number of additional rubbish receptacles including wheeled bins shall be provided. All litter and rubbish receptacles shall be emptied immediately after the event has ended or closed. All additional rubbish receptacles including wheeled bins which were provided for the event shall be removed immediately after the event has ended or closed.

Children-general
Events staged for children's entertainment will be supervised by an adequate number of qualified attendants to ensure an adequate level of protection for the children.
