Licensing Act 2003 Section 19 - Supply of alcohol Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions: that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence - (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended. every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Films 1) Where a premises licence authorises the exhibition of films, the licence must include a condition requiring the admission of children to the exhibition of any film to be restricted in accordance with this section. (2) Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection (3)(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body. (3) Where- (a) the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or (b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority. (4) In this section- "children" means persons aged under 18; and "film classification body" means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).

Crime-Operating Schedule
Provide and maintain video-recording equipment. This equipment must be kept in good working order and operated throughout the full opening times. The video recordings must be kept securely for a period of not less than twenty one days and must be made available to authorised Officers of the Licensing Authority and the Police for inspection at all times during that period. The licensee of the premises must be a member of any local trade association linked to the objectives of the proper operation of licensed premises. The premises will operate a recognised age verification scheme with reference to the sale of alcohol.

Outside noise checks, windows closed during entertainment. Notices will be displayed asking customers to leave the premises quietly. No drinks taken off the premises except off sales.

1. The amount of non-standard timings will be limited to Bank Holiday weekends. If additional non-standard timings are required (as contained in the original operating schedule annexed to the application) then, after consultation with neighbouring residents, an application for a variation of the licence can be made. For other events or days a Temporary Events Notice should be requested. 2. Regulated entertainment from Sunday to Thursday will cease at 23.00 and on New Year?s Eve at 00.30 (New Year?s Day). 3. Prominent and clear notices shall be displayed at all exits from the premises requesting customers to respect the needs of the local residents at all times and leave the premises and the area quietly. 4. Staff shall be trained in the understanding and identification of drug use and abuse. 5. Automatic door closers shall be installed and maintained on all external doors to the premises. 6. Food provided on the premises shall be consumed on the premises; there shall be no take-away service offered. 7. The applicant shall enroll in the local Police Scheme, Challenge 21. 8. No-one under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises after 23.00 on any day.
