Mandatory-Supply of alcohol
Licensing Act 2003 Section 19 - Supply of alcohol Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions: that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence - (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended. every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

The Premises will operate in accordance with the 2003 Licensing Act and with full cooperation with responsible authorities. Terms of local licensing policy have been considered in preparing this application. Control of glass and bottles ? no alcohol or glass bottles will be allowed to be taken out of the premises.

There is fire fighting equipment on the premises. First aid kit is maintained on the premises. Fire exits will be kept clear of obstructions. Staff have attained health & hygiene certificate.

Nuisance-general
Doors and windows will be closed when necessary to prevent too much noise filtering outside. Cooking extraction system will be turned down when not needed. Deliveries and waste collection are made during daylight hours and not at night. Music in the restaurant will be kept at a low volume.
