Developed through The Gosport Partnership with other organisations which provide local services, this guide helps people new to the area and the UK find out more about Gosport and where to get practical help and advice about many aspects of living and working here.

Stokes Bay Hearing Decision (24 - 25 June 2008)
The Sub Board has considered the application for a Premises Licence at Stokes Bay in detail. It has given due regard to the Operating Schedule, Licensing Act 2003, the Licensing Objectives, statutory guidance and the adopted statement of Licensing Policy 2008 to 2011. Date of determination 25th June 2008.
1APP 1APP the National Standard Planning Application form will be in use by every local authority in England by 6 April 2008. Applications on the new set of forms will be accepted by Gosport from 31 January 2008.

Local Code of Conduct Complaints Process
Changes to the Complaints Procedure
From 8 May 2008 the responsibility for considering complaints that a member may have breached the Code of Conduct is moving from the Standards Board for England to the Standards Committees of local authorities. For more information click here.
