Weather forecasters are predicting that we could be in for a real hard winter this year, so residents are encouraged to call into Gosport Town Hall this coming Saturday 3 November to access some money saving, and life saving, tips!
Although aimed at residents aged 60 and over, the roadshow is open to everyone and, experts will be on hand to provide you with free impartial advice and information on all things relating to keeping warm and healthy in your home this winter.
The Council’s FREE Winter Warmth Road Show will run from 10am - 4 pm, and a whole range of local support organisations and charities will also be on hand to discuss how you can keep warm, healthy and safe. It won’t cost you a penny but could save you pounds. There will be no pressure, so just relax enjoy a cup of tea and find out the best way to save money and keep warm and well this winter.
