Local businesses are to get help in complying with the new smokefree legislation due to come into force later this year.
Representatives from employers across the area are being invited to attend a series of FREE briefings during March, run by the Smokefree Hampshire Alliance, which is supported by Gosport Borough Council.
The events aim to explain the implications of the new legislation and what steps are needed to prepare for the start of smokefree public places and workplaces on Sunday 1 July.
Anyone wishing to attend can go to the local event being held at the John Pounds Conference Centre, Portsmouth on Tuesday 6 March or, alternatively The Ark Conference Centre in Basingstoke on Wednesday 14 March.
