Nominations are required for 17 different award categories which include:-

- Junior & Senior Team
- Junior & Senior Volunteer
- Official
- Service to Sport
- Club of the Year
- Participation Coach
- Performance Coach
All winners will receive their award at the annual Hampshire & Isle of Wight Sports Awards 2012, which will be taking place at St Mary’s Stadium (the home of Southampton Football Club) on Wednesday 21 March 2012.
The closing date for nominations is Friday 27 January 2012
