Between 1 December and 31 March, Gosport Borough Council's backed Insulate Hampshire scheme is offering FREE home insulation to all Hampshire residents, regardless of income.

FREE loft insulation is eligible for properties with currently no insulation, or less than 60mm of existing insulation. Please note that this offer is based on an average 3 bedroom semi detached property. Larger properties will be subject to an extra meterage charge.
