The Mayor of Gosport, Councillor Roger Allen, has been given a ticket, courtesy of Wave 105, for up to 10 people to experience a tethered balloon ride with www.bournemouthballoon.com
In order to raise money for his charities this year, which are: - Gosport and Fareham MIND; Toe in the Water and the Make-a- Wish Foundation, the Mayor is offering the ticket up to the highest bidder.
The expiry date for the voucher is 1 October 2010, so all bids must be submitted to the Mayors PA, Gosport Borough Council, Town Hall, High Street, Gosport. PO12 1EB by Thursday 16 September.
