Following a successful trial period of selling Council Green Garden Waste sacks at Lee-on-the-Solent, it has been decided to offer the service to Lee residents on a permanent basis at the monthly Lee BOOST events. In future residents can purchase their green sacks on:-
- the 3rd Wednesday of each month
- between 9am and 12.30pm
- at the Lee BOOST events held atthe Methodist Church, High Street, Lee-on-the-Solent.
The next event is Wednesday 21 July. However, the August BOOST event has been moved to coincide with the Lee Festival, so will take place on Saturday 28 August, from 10.30am until 4.30pm. From September, the event will return to its normal 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Methodist Church.
