Site Allocations and Delivery Development Plan Document (DPD)

The Borough Council is preparing a Site Allocations and Delivery DPD.  This is a key document in the Gosport Local Development Framework (LDF).

 

This will identify sites in the Borough that are needed to accommodate the range of land uses necessary to implement the sustainable community objectives of the Core Strategy.

 

As a first step the Borough Council invited landowners and their agents, developers and other interested parties to put forward sites for consideration in the Site Allocations and Delivery DPD.


These sites will be assessed and considered as part of the preparation process of the Site Allocations and Delivery DPD.

 

A Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Report has been finalised following consultation with the statutory agencies.
