One great ride
The British Heart Foundation's Round the Harbours Bike Ride is a fabulous day out and a great way to keep your own heart healthy.
This terrific circular ride gives you the perfect opportunity to get out on your bike with your family, friends, work colleagues, neighbours or by yourself. Young or old, solo to corporate teams – this ride is suitable for absolutely everyone.
What's the route?
