Grants of up to £500 available for Return to Sport & Physical Activity Taster Sessions in Gosport
In partnership with Sports Hampshire & Isle of Wight (SHIOW), Gosport Borough Council is pleased to be able to offer grants of up to £500 to Clubs, leisure facility operators or (constituted) community groups in Gosport.
The grants must be used to offer Return to Sport or physical activity ‘taster’ sessions and be linked to an established Club or activity.
A total of £2,500 is available for allocation to projects immediately. Any funds unallocated at 30th May 2014 will be returned to SHIOW.
Applications should be made using the form below. Decisions will be made on a first come, first served basis.

Running England 3-2-1
Local running groups organised by Running England group leaders have been set up in all parts of England. Find a group near you by logging onto www.runengland.org.
We're making running available and accessible for everyone, with running groups being created for women and mixed gender, schools, work places and families. Our programme is about helping you to exercise every week no matter your age, shape, size or ability. There are groups for you to run with being created all over the country and trained Run in England group leaders to support you through those first steps - all at your own pace with no competition. So why not become a member and join us for some fun in a safe and social environment, and you can join with friends, family or colleagues.
