Bridgemary Family Fit Sessions
A 10 week activity/fitness programe for local families with children aged 5-13 years old.
Starts Monday 19th May 2014 from 4.30pm - 5.30pm.

Activity Taster Sessions - Grants Awarded
Sport Hampshire and Isle of Wight Return to Sport & Physical Activity Taster Sessions Funding
Gosport Borough Council in partnership with Sports Hampshire & Isle of Wight (SHIOW) is pleased to have awarded the following grants.
A total of £2,664 has been awarded to Gosport based providers with the aim of encouraging people to return to or try a sport.

Running England 3-2-1
Local running groups organised by Running England group leaders have been set up in all parts of England. Find a group near you by logging onto www.runengland.org.
We're making running available and accessible for everyone, with running groups being created for women and mixed gender, schools, work places and families. Our programme is about helping you to exercise every week no matter your age, shape, size or ability. There are groups for you to run with being created all over the country and trained Run in England group leaders to support you through those first steps - all at your own pace with no competition. So why not become a member and join us for some fun in a safe and social environment, and you can join with friends, family or colleagues.
