The South Coast Training group was formed in the summer of 1999 and is made up of the following landlords:
Gosport Borough Council
Portsmouth City Council
Fareham Borough Council
Southampton City Council
Hermitage Housing
Western Challenge Housing Association
Kelsey Housing Association
South Coast Training provides 2 free conferences each year at the Novotel Hotel, Southampton for tenants and leaseholders of the above landlords. Previous conferences have included workshops on housing issues such as Housing Law, Anti Social Behaviour, Equal Opportunities, Tackling Poverty and One City Many Cultures.
Following consultation with residents, the choice of workshops are designed to meet their needs. The style of training is participative, fun and enjoyable.
