The Council created a formal consultation group, known as the Tenant and Leaseholder Consultation Framework (TLC), to provide a flexible means of maximising customer involvement.
The TLC currently has over 300 tenants or leaseholders, who are consulted on issues such as policy, legislation or new procedures. The residents on the framework are also sent the Housing newsletter,
Loud & Clear, which is a way of providing information about Housing Board reports.
