How you will receive the £60 Council Tax

Discount:
When Gosport Council receives confirmation from British Gas that the insulation work is complete and you have paid your insulation bill, we will credit your Council Tax account with £60.  (Please note this process can take between 2—3 months).  The Council will then recalculate your Council Tax bill – the reduced balance will be split over the remaining instalments.

Thank you for supporting this scheme to reduce Gosport's carbon emissions. 

If you pay by post or in person, just make reduced payments in accordance with the revised bill that you will receive.

If you pay by direct debit, your payments will automatically reduce.

If you pay by standing order, you will need to go to your bank with the revised bill, in order to make the adjustments to your future

If you have already paid your council tax in full, we will send you a cheque for £60.00
