The Council and 1st Saxon Property Services have been working in partnership since 2000 to deliver the best possible service to you with regard to your central heating installations. The Council has also partnered 1st Saxon for gas servicing.

Gosport Borough Council and Connaught plc have formed a five year partnership to carry out improvements to homes in Gosport. Depending on the type of property you live in, the work we are carrying out will include:

• Replacement UPVC windows
• Replacement composite external doors (houses only)
• Replacement fascias, soffits and bargeboards
• Replacement gutters and down pipes
• Upgrading loft insulation
