The
Tenancy Agreement states that any tenant of Gosport Borough Council, their visitors or their family members must not act in a way so that their actions could be considered as harassment or anti-socal to others. This could include:
- abusive or intimidating behaviour
- racist or foul language
- noise nuisance (loud music, shouting etc..)
- graffiti
- fly-tipping
If you are persistently experiencing any of the above, you can complete a
Nuisance log sheet. The log sheets are used by the Council as part of formal proceedings against the person causing the problem. If you need help to complete the form, please telephone the Housing Services on 023 9254 5257. Please return any forms to:
