Target times will be set for the investigation of complaints.
Cases will be investigated within with in 10 working days.
Neighbour disputes will be investigated within 10 working days*.
All informants will be sent an anti social behaviour recording form and asked to record incidents over a period of time.
*For neighbour disputes, complainants will be offered advice and mediation.
