The YOUdecide Decision Day took place on a gloriously sunny day at the Nimrod Centre on Saturday 11th June 2011. Local residents came out in force to listen to eleven project ideas which totaled over £37,000! There were a wide range of ideas ranging from carnival workshops to confidence courses, all with the aim of helping to improve the local area.
Residents from Grange, Rowner and Holbrook chose five community projects to benefit from a share of £12,000 to help make their community a better place to live. You can find a summary out how they voted by visiting the Safer Gosport website. (external link)
