UPDATE (December 2003)
An Addendum to "Our Performance" has been added to
the set of BVPP documents, which shows the Performance Indicator
targets for the current and next two years: 2003/04, 2004/05 and
2005/06. It also provides early awareness of corrections to the 2002/03
Performance Indicator data previously published, which have been
identified as a result of audit review or internal re-evaluation.
INTRODUCTION (June 2003)
This set of documents is intended to set out in a
clear and simple way, details of what the Council is doing now, and how
it plans to do better in the future. It indicated the priorities we
are addressing and sets out ways in which our performance can be
monitored and measured. All Councils have to publish plans like this,
every year, as part of an obligation to deliver 'Best Value' in all
services for which they are responsible.
