INTRODUCTION

This set of documents is intended to set out in a clear and simple way, details of what the Council is doing now, and how it plans to do better in the future. It indicates the priorities we are addressing and sets out ways in which our performance can be monitored and measured. All Councils have to publish plans like this, every year, as part of an obligation to deliver 'Best Value' in all services for which they are responsible.
