Residential Skips
Amenity skips are available for all residents of Gosport free of charge. The Council will provide an amenity skip to a specified address within the Borough providing the following procedure is undertaken:-
- Download and print the leaflet at the bottom of this page - this contains the form you need to fill in. Alternatively visit the Town Hall or phone Streetscene on the number below for a leaflet.
- Obtain 5 signatures from your neighbours who wish to use the skip in addition to your own.
- Pass the completed form containing the 6 signatures to your local Ward Councillor for authorisation. Click here for your Ward Councillor details.
When the appropriate signatures have been authorised by the local Ward Member the request will be passed to Streetscene for action. An amenity skip will be booked on the next available date and the resident named at the top of the request will be notified of date of delivery.
Skips are delivered and made available for the following intervals:-

Charity Skips
The Council can provide amenity skips to registered charities within the area that may wish to dispose of a large quantity of waste materials. Requests should be made in writing to the Streetscene Section providing the registered charity number.
