The Council are responsible for cleaning graffiti from adopted highways and council owned properties. Elsewhere it is the responsibility of the landowner.
Incidents of graffiti can be reported to Streetscene on 08000 198 598 or alternatively you can use the online form below. When reporting, please state the exact location of the graffiti.
