Following a meeting of the Emergency Sub-Board on 15th January 2009, Gosport Borough Council has made the following Dog Control Orders in its area:
The Fouling of Land by Dogs in the Borough of Gosport Order 2009,
The Dogs (specified Maximum) in the Borough of Gosport Order 2009,
The Dogs Exclusion in the Borough of Gosport Order 2009, and
The Dogs on Leads in the Borough of Gosport Order 2009. The said Orders will come into force on 1st April 2009.
The Dog Control Orders may be inspected, and copies made available on request, at the main reception of the Town Hall, between 0900 and 1700 on working days.
