With the help of residents within the Borough initiatives can be promoted within the Community which improve the environmental presentation of their respective areas for the benefit of residents, businesses and visitors.

If you are interested in enhancing the local environment, taking part in the Gosport & Lee-on-the-Solent in Bloom Campaign is a great opportunity for you.  You can put in as much or as little time as you like participating in the Bloom initiative from assisting in the organisation of the Local Competition to putting projects into action within the Boroughs Parks and Open Spaces.

Let's not forget though, that the smallest of efforts can make an incredible impact on making the place that we live and work in more beautiful.

One way which you can help the Gosport & Lee-on-the-Solent in Bloom Campaign is by keeping your front gardens looking nice and tidy.  If you have neighbours who are unable to tend to their own gardens why pop round and ask if they would like some assistance.  If all of your neighbours are of the same mindset then this will transform your neighbourhood and you may be nominated for a Discretionary Award in the South & South East in Bloom Competition!
