What is Gosport & Lee-on-the-Solent in Bloom?

Sponsored by Sodexo, Gosport & Lee-on-the-Solent in Bloom is a local campaign set up to encourage all sectors of the community from private garden owners to large commercial premises to become actively involved in enhancing the Borough making is a more pleasant, prettier place in which to live and work. 

Since its conception in 1995, the campaign has flourished over the years and more residents, business and community groups are becoming joining in and doing their bit to help achieve the campaign's goals and also entering the annual Gosport & Lee-on-the-Solent in Bloom competition to acquire recognition for their efforts.

The campaign is not just about local competitions as it has a much wider role in representing the Borough in South and South East in Bloom, Britain in Bloom along with the Borough's entries for the Green Flag Awards.

There are various ways in which you can become involved, from adults to children, residents to businesses, a couple of neighbours to an entire neighbourhood, there is something for everyone to take part in!
