The Council makes a charge for all other pest control services as shown below.
For those pests that we provide a treatment or advice service for, when you contact us we will offer you an appointment for the next available time slot. Although most of our work is carried out between 9 and 5 we will try to fit in around your commitments. We cannot make timed appointments but will offer an appointment for either the morning (8.30am to 12.30pm) or afternoon (1.00pm to 4.30pm)

Concessions

Note - officers must be shown documentary evidence of entitlement by at least one member of household
NOTES
1. Charges include the cost of materials and all rates quoted include VAT
2. Charges are subject to payment being made to the pest control officer prior to treatment (cash or cheque only). A receipt will be issued.
3. If paying by cheque, your cheque card number is required.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage, however caused, through treatment being carried out.
5. Invoices are not as a general rule issued, but when required there is a 15% additional administrative charge.
6. Regular Contracts for a pest control service will be quoted for on request to business and commercial customers.
