The Housing & Pollution Team is available to assist 27,000 private sector housing occupants within the Borough, although sometimes we are also asked to visit Council and Ministry of Defence homes as well. 

The Housing & Pollution Team aims to achieve and maintain improvements in the private housing sector by using enforcement powers and grants where appropriate, and offering information and advice to all households irrespective of their tenure.
