All Hackney Carriage and Private Hire vehicle operators, owners and drivers providing a service in the Borough must operate within the laws governing Taxis and in compliance with the Gosport Borough Council Hackney Carriage & Private Hire Conditions.
If when using a taxi you have cause for concern over the condition of the vehicle, the way it is driven, or the fare charged, then please
contact the Licensing Team who will discuss your concerns and take any action necessary.
Some drivers carry Gosport Borough Council
Customer Service Cards to record complaints passed on about other drivers. Alternatively a form can be accessed by choosing it from the Related Ducuments list below. This can be printed off and returned to the Town Hall, or you can complete an
online form.
Licensing Officers work with the full co-operation of the Gosport taxi trade, who strive to maintain a high standard of customer care and provide a professional service to customers at all times.
