The Gambling Act 2005 (Licensing Authority Policy Statement) (England and Wales) Regulations 2006
In compliance with Regulation 7(3) notice is hereby given the Gosport Borough Council Statement of Principles published under the Gambling Act 2005 will be published on 1 January 2007. The Statement of Principles under the Gambling Act 2005 will take effect from 31 January 2007. The Statement of Principles under the Gambling Act 2005 can be viewed on the council’s website
www.gosport.gov.uk.
The Statement of Principles under the Gambling Act 2005 will be placed for public inspection at:-
