The Hampshire Act 1983 requires all hairdressers within the Borough to be registered with this authority. Byelaws have been approved. Following application / inspection, the person is registered to the premises until change of person or change of business. Inspections are further carried out regularly. Mobile hairdressers must also be approved for registration. There is no fee.
